Programs

Bootcamps

Indoor and Outdoor group bootcamps to keep you motivated all year long. Classes start with dynamic stretching, plyometrics and a comprehensive warm-up to ensure injury prevention. We use various pieces of equipment such as (but not limited to): tires, ropes, sleds, and sandbags. Programming consists of various workouts that are easily scalable to any fitness level.

Personal Training

Let’s get you motivated with one on one training in the comfort of your home, the local park or one of two locations on either Russell Road (East) or Woodward Avenue (West). We’ll build a plan to support your goals, and work towards producing the best version of you.

Meal Planning

Eating healthy is just as important as exercising regularly. Let me help you get on track and plan meals that are quick and easy and are geared to fit your schedule any day of the week.

Kettlebell Private Sessions

Certified Kettlebell instructor. One of the best overall training apparatuses to exercise with. Kettlebells improve cardiovascular endurance, and bring overall increases in strength, mobility and flexibility to your training.

Elite Training 

One-on-one or group/team sessions for athletes. Athletic development, speed, power and technical run training.
